I can access Jamjar but my service provider has blocked nylon for some reason. Would ite be possible to make the episode available Ditto for s71 if possible?

When I was working my official Internet access firewall blocked nylon.net too as a pornography site...

Hi everyone.

I've just been on my annual scavenge for JAM episodes, and always feel ashamed at only having offered one (missing) episode to our collection.

It was Tristwin that added most of the recent episodes up to December last year (missing the S67E08 Xmas show, which I won't have heard always travelling then). These available from the yahoo groups page links section top folder of Dean's.

I found my attempt to contact nylon.net was blocked by my computer's porn filter as porn, though it's not set to nudity. This was set by K9 web security who appear to rely on someone else. I actually filled in a request to have the page reallocated to a lesser category.

My phone is free of a web filter and I can play all the mp3s on the jar. I don't have the ability to save the episodes to my phone, as all I seem to save is the link. Short of recording them via a microphone I wonder if anyone knows, and cares to tell please, how to record from the jar onto an android. I could then take them off by using the phone as tethered drive. I did see a free program on Google Play that I might try but it wanted to be able to read all my emails and attachments so I declined!!!!!!!! I did some more googling and could only find mp3 downloaders for android that used their own internet search function which is useless with then jar we are told by Mark.

Incidentally if I google M@diafire my K9 does not give any links via the laptop, but I can access M@diafire via the yahoo groups.

My Nexus 7 is running Android 5.1.1

I have installed the 'ES File Explorer' app

Login to nylon.net
Change to JAM/ by tapping the link
Select a JAM episode by tapping on it in the Index of '/up/JAM'
If you don't have a default set for .mp3 files you will be offered a choice of apps to handle it
Select 'ES Downloader' and 'Just once' or 'Always' as required
You will be prompted to enter username/password again
The download will commence...
When completed, tap 'Open folder' or 'Open file' as required
To play the file, tap 'Open file' and select 'ES Media Player', tick 'Set as the default app' if required
To view all your downloads, tap 'Open folder' and see them all, tap one to play and repeat the previous line.

Let me know if you hit any snags
