Not to worry, Mark. There are six opportunities to listen to JAM each week, as it gets repeated on Radio 4 on Sundays, and is repeated 4 times on Radio 4 Extra the following Monday and Tuesday!

I was able to edit out the announcer as he finished speaking on the "W" so it was just about possible to hear Nic's intro in full. And he didn't talk over the closing music for a change so we were able to hear the Minute Waltz finish.

When he did eventually speak it was to request applications for the THIRD series of JUNIOR Just a Minute which will be recorded later this year.

They really are spoiling us with fresh JAM on the BBC at the moment!
