Repaired #028 - S03E06=Dogwatch-V2

Hi all.

I've just noticed that my copy of #028 in the Jam Jar had a 2-3 second silent gap at the 18:15 mark.

Fortunately I had a FLAC mastercopy that I could edit without suffering the usual quality loss incurred by re-saving as MP3. The amended version 3 is now in the Jar.

Also, I've recently realised that many of my episodes before #246 (the first one broadcast in stereo) are saved as stereo rather than mono - which is a complete waste of space. One of these days, I'll convert the pre-stereo episodes to mono and upload them again.

P.S. Actually, with the huge amounts of cheap RAM and disk space available now, I've nearly given up on MP3 entirely and now mainly deal with the higher-quality lossless FLAC format.
