Sounds as though the security settings on your browser are getting in the way. Try a different browser. I am on a Mac and I use Chrome to enter the site with no problems. I can’t access it at all using Safari.
Try Chrome first, then Firefox.

It tells me that authentication is required, and my connection to this site is not private. Having entered the appropriate username & password, after a momentary display of a Surpass Hosting screen it reverts to the login screen.

Perhaps there's a setting somewhere that needs altering in my PC, but I don't know what it is.
