Many thanks gents. Have listened now to that episode and yes it was totally worth it! I’d have to admit though I thought from what I read that the stink bomb incident itself had made it to the broadcast if you know what I mean.

 

On a different note, if you listen to The Unbelievable Truth, have you noticed that in the latest instalment (s 16 ep 3) D Mitchell awarded a bonus point for an incorrect but a good challenge? N Parsons signature, right? If memory serves it was the first time and I personally think it’s a good idea to introduce to the programme.

Nicholas references this moment in his "Welcome To Just A Minute" book with a transcript of the incident. Not only the stink bombs, but Derek also ended up putting a safety pin in his nose and throwing up some plastic snow. That was one recording I would have loved to have seen with my own eyes, it sounded like an absolute riot. :)

Yeah I noticed that too. I haven't heard him give any bonus points before either. It's good. I think that game could do with them. :)
