It's really a fantastic idea. The manufacturer does admit already to
some flaws in its design, so maybe I'll wait until the updated version.
My alarm clock is my cell phone, which plays the QI ringtone, so I'm
<i>almost</i> being awoken by Stephen Fry in the mornings.

I can't go to sleep listening to JAM because I always either listen so
attentively that I can't sleep for all the verbosity and hilarity, or I
start drifting off with my brain in a state of semi-anxiety, thinking,
"I'm missing something! What did I just miss?" Of course, you've been
listening to them longer than I have, so you'd naturally have less of a
necessity to catch every single word. Now, me going to sleep listening
to Stephen Fry read the Harry Potter audio books (the text to which I
have perused about 50 times each, and that's one instance where there is
no hyperbole intended) . . . <i>that's</i> a good idea! I should start
doing that!
