Hi. Can someone please try to login to the Mega JamJar and let me know how they go?

I suspect some person might have changed the password.

Sigh

Same here Mark - invalid email or password.  But if someone had changed the password would you not have received an email 'confirmation' from Mega to the relevant email address?

Regards
Charlie

Same here.  Invalid password. :(
I hope you've got the right recovery email / questions lined up.

Hi lads and ladies

Who knows what arse-hat has been playing sillybuggars with the Jar, but out of incompetence or malice, annoyance has been created.

I managed to get back in, to find some wanker naming himself Abel Ahmet had made himself king of the world. Much of the EXTRAS folder was deleted, but most of the JAM was still there... maybe because of some other nice soul replenishing the missing content (many files had underscores in the names, which was my older naming convention. Some upgrades sneaked in there too, I believe).  Thanks! Please let me know who you are.

Anyway, I have changed permissions to the Mega site and am filling in gaps. The old shared login will no longer work. I will post links to read-only downloads and a writeable upload folder.

I'll let you know shortly.

So much for the vision of a nice place we could all play nicely.  Sigh. It was worth a try, at any rate.
So, having put bars on the windows and strip-searching all visitors to the Jar (Mark 3), we'll soon be back in business.

Mark

I wondered what happened. Thanks for your hard work, Mark. And I'm sorry some a-hole has ruined it for everyone. Thanks again for your work and your dedication.
