Can you tell me how to do that?

Currently under Ubuntu I use:
"mplayer rtsp://rmv8.bbc.net.uk/radio4/comedy/mon1830.ra -dumpstream -dumpfile JAMlatestprogram.ra" to download.

How can I convert it.
