Just A Minute: 50 Years In 28 Minutes will see Nicholas Parsons host an episode of the popular panel show "as you've never heard it before". Based on an idea by Paul Merton, this one-off show will edit archive footage to mix players from across the generations. The BBC says: "Ever wondered what would have happened if Kenneth Williams had faced Sue Perkins across the Just A Minute desk? Now you can find out". The episode will be broadcast on Christmas Day at 6:30pm

yes it's an interesting way to do a highlights prog - good on them for thinking of a different way to do it.

If I were an editor, I would have Kenneth saying, "They shouldn't allow women on this show", after one of Wendy Richard's annoying interruptions.
