Hello everyone... and help please!!

Hello everyone. Nice to meet you all!! I have finally discovered this
group after having been a pen-pal of Dean for many years!! I can't
believe the wealth of material available to the JAM fan!!

But I'd like to upload an episode of a Radio 4 sitcom directed and
produced by JAM stalwart Chris Neill, in which I appeared. How do I go
about doing this?
