Photos gallery working?

Can anyone confirm that the photo gallery features are still working? I am unable to add or delete photos in my Cover Art album. I have tried from 3 different computers using 4 different browsers on 3 different operating systems so I don't think the problem is at my end. The controls on the page all seem to work and I get a message saying "photo uploaded" or a message saying "error". Either way, no photo is added or deleted.
