Thanks Dean.

I didn't want to tread on the toes of your historical leadership of the JAM army.
(I think I can make you the new group's owner/moderator - if you like. I have no desire to be the boss.)

When creating the list at jam.groups.io I *did* have to think about the new group's scope and description.
I included *all* BBC radio comedy, since we often go off-topic in the Yahoo group, especially when JAM was off-air.

I suspect there will not be any new JAM for *at least* a year, so off-topic discussions may be the only way we JamFans will stay in touch. I bet the Beeb is desperately searching for a new presenter with: - an unshakeable belief that he/she can perform perfect foreign accents, - a penchant for gaffes, and - an ability to be simultaneously pompous and obsequious :-) I liked Old Nick, but he really *was* a duffer. Hence his comedic appeal.
