Internet Download Manager and BBC iPlayer

Hooray!

IDM (Internet Download Manager - my favourite software that speeds up downloads a lot) used to be able to grab programs from BBC iPlayer in seconds, rather than having to record them (with i-Sound Recorder which lets you record whatever you can hear) as they played in real time.

Then, about a year ago, iPlayer discombobulated its widgets and dongles and IDM could not download from iPlayer any more. Sob.

But today, it seems that IDM is working with iPlayer again!

Downloading a 3 hour iPlayer show now takes seconds.

Yay!

(We'll see how long thing lasts until the Beeb reconfigurates its wongles and electrobaffles and breaks IDM downloads once more.)

P.S. I'm not getting paid by IDM or i-Sound Recorder! They are just great audio tools. I recommend them.)
