Since I'm new to the whole business of collecting episodes, I need them all! Shock.
The best way seems to be to put up a couple series, zipped, on Mediafire and then publish
the links. It's free, fast, and opens up JAM to us all. Especially those of us who don't have
these vast collections and can't do exchanges.
Plus once all the episodes we know about are uploaded it becomes a simple matter of
adding the handful of missing episodes.
Ideally in a few months we use someone's website (Dean's, probably, since he already has
guides and transcripts and so forth) and you can download all of them—at least until the
BBC opens up its archives and makes them for sale (idiots run the BBC, as far as I can tell).
Anybody else here from Toronto? I used to listen to CJRT (now JAZZ FM) and it ran Just A
Minute once a week back in the mid-to-late 90s. I (mostly) forgot all about it until a few
months ago when I was browsing old emails of mine and found one I wrote about how
much I loved the show. Which than took me on a quest to find the name of the show. Once
I was there the reality of the BBC not offering many for sale (and all overpriced too) was
quite disappointing so I'm absurdly glad this group now exists.
So I wanted to say thanks to everybody for the links that have been posted, and I
appreciate it greatly.
