I figured that it's high time that I speak about this.

for the past three decades we have heard Nicholas complain about this in his attempts to be 'accurate' and 'fair' in order to avoid 'getting a lot of letters'.

and yet in spite of all that, he still gets them, because obviously people still aren't satisfied with the way he runs things, otherwise he wouldn't still be getting those letters after 30 odd years.

granted something like this has also brought up many great arguments and some hilarious moments where people actually question the validity of Nicholas' statement about 'getting a lot of letters'.

now, I'm just curious about where exactly someone is supposed to write these alleged letters to Nicholas, because he also says that he gets letters from all over the world, from China and Singapore or whatever, and I'd just like to know where to write, because no mention is ever made of where someone is supposed to write to during the show at all.

does anyone know? cuz I'd love to know where I can write in.

I would hazard a guess that

Nicholas Parsons
BBC
London

would stand more than a fair chance of getting to him

that seems rather vague I'm sure, granted addresses over in the UK are different than here in the states.

why did you not do an internet search robert i found this on the
first site i came across nioclas's agents address i presume too you
can write to him c/o of the bbc too

well, I did do an internet search, and that is what came up. what I was trying to find was a means to reach Nicholas directly, and not reach him through his agent.

still, if that is the only way to reach him, I guess its better than nothing. Thank you Linda. :)

Looks like you missed the point completely.

It's also rather vague over here too but the Post Office in the UK is renowned (obviously not in the States :o) for delivering mail with

'rather vague' addresses on them.

It has been known to deliver mail with with much more vague addresses than that.

you;re welcome robert ! i think that his agents address is as
close to a personal address as would be made public .

actually now that i think of it i can improve slightly on david and
ubonwans suggestion of sending a letter address to bbc london . if
you ever get compleatly stuck what about the following :
nicholas parsons c/o
bbc broadcasting house
portland place
london W1A 1AA .

i am sure i have given information you already have robert but this
might come in handy for anyone else wishing to write a letter !
