Topic: A few radio interviews with Paul Merton

Hi,
Paul did the rounds to publicize Silent Comedy, and the interviews have starting to disappear from "listen again." So, here are links to the few I was able to find:

"Front Row "
"Jonathan Ross "
"Simon Mayo "

The Jonathan Ross show is "telescoped," which means we've cut the music and news out of the program.(the transitions were done on the fly, so they might be a bit sloppy---sorry about that)

I have to say that J-ro was very kind---not only did he billboard PM several times as "one of the funniest men in the world," and go on about how nice he is, Wossy gave him an immense amount of time on a very popular radio program.

This was a very long interview,  running about 15 minutes before a newscast, and then picking up again after the news for the better part of the next half hour. I think the edited time is about 20 min.  It's interesting also to hear the different styles, too----PM and J-Ro are obviously such manic film nerds, and it sounds like they could have continued this for eons..... quite a contrast to the dynamics of "Front Row."

I'll put these links in "other shows ," too.

Oooh, that one has probably disappeared from "listen again." I have no
idea if Steve Wright has a podcast, but perhaps it's downloadable that
way.
BTW, the links I posted earlier will stay active for at least 10
months, or until my membership expires on megaupload. Since they're
small, I should have also put them on mediafire, and will do so as
soon as i'm back in the US.
