Can a nyone help with the two problems I am currently having?

Firstly when I download an episode to my hard drive and then input it
into my mp3 player I am finding an unexpected problem. Just with 3
particular episodes - they play perfectly on the hard drive, and on the
library of my Creative player, but when they've been put onto the
actual player they play at half speed... very strange.

Also, the first two episodes of the new series which I have downloaded
from here play with a very tinny squeaky background to it... any
suggestions?

I suspect the squeaky background sound is my fault for trying to keep file sizes. Is anyone else experiencing the same?

Unfortunately I also find them a bit "tinny". I really do appreciate
your efforts and prompt uploading - but must admit that if I had a
choice I would prefer a higher quality recording - both for my
listening pleasure and for future proofing. Having said this it is
good to know that I can depend on your uploads!

I will, from now, upload with a higher bit rate (and thus file size). My originals of the first two episodes are still around so I'll redo them sometime as well.

Please do let me know if you have any issues with my recordings. I can't change anything if I don't know about it
