i am having an interesting conversation with a fellow clue fan . he is
telling me about 8 years ago a isihac show was recorded in cork
ireland . being irish i am naturally curious about this . i know there
are some shows recorded in belfast . sounds a bit odd that the bbc
would record a comedy show in a different country from the one it was
going to be broadcast in . can anyone confrim or deny what i have been
told .
if it is true i wish they would come to the bulmers comedy festivval in
dublin ! yeah i can dream !
cheers
Linda

As a Clue junkie I must say this is news to me. They have indeed
recorded in Belfast (with Jack Dee) but as far as I know not over the
border. For a start I doubt they'd have let Barry Cryer through for
fear of the county being drunk dry.

thanks lapsedcat i would have thought the same thing myself . i don;t
think barry cryers drinking would stop he being let in here . we have
enough irish people trying to drink the country dry , one more person
doing the same would hardly matter :-)
cheers
