Hello all,

I'm the chap who posted to Dean's site about trading JAM episodes.
Here's what I was thinking: anyone who has episodes on their computer
can upload them to Yousendit.com (or any other site where other members
can access them freely) and then post the URL where they can be
downloaded here. Any thoughts on this scheme?

Cheerio,

Chris

That works for me, I have about 85% of all the radio JAM's (roughly
560 out of 660+ episodes) in MP3 format, and would be glad to share
via YouSendIt or whatever site agreed on. I'm hoping someone out there
has some of the programs I'm missing to fill up gaps in my collection.
The gap I most want to fill is between 1993 and 1995. I only have a
few programs from each of those years' series.

Hi there!

I have a big gap there as well, but here's what I do have from that era.
Let me know if you are missing any of these:

1993-01-02, 1993-01-16, 1993-01-30, 1993-02-13
1994-01-29, 1994-02-19, 1994-02-26, 1994-03-05
1995-01-07, 1995-01-21, 1995-01-28

I would recommend MediaFire.com instead of any other upload site. Five
reasons:

1) It's wicked fast.
2) If you log in, it automatically saves links to files you upload.
3) There are no upload limits in terms of size.
4) There is no expiration on files you upload (look at any other share
file site and most of them expire in 7-45 days).
5) You can upload multiple files at once.

There's really no beating it, and believe me, from months and years of
experince in non-torrent large-file sharing, I've never found a better
site. There is only one negative aspect to the site, which is that
it's OCCASIONALLY quirky/down, but that's rare and easily overlooked,
because after all, what site isn't?

Works for me! I never heard of the site, but based on what you say it
sounds like a real winner.
