Topic: Those one-time guests we'd like to see back...

I was listening to a 1979 edition the other day, featuring Miriam
Margolyes in her one and only appearance and she was very good indeed.
She contributed much to the show and threw in some borderline smut to
keep Nicholas on his toes. I think it's a shame she never came back.

I'd also like to hear Arthur Smith again, and Sandi Toksvig. Both did
extremely well and were really funny.

Oh, and Jeremy Beadle and Miles Kington ... well, maybe not.

Arthur Smith definitely deserves to come back, I loved his semi-rebellion against the rules and the way he would play around with things to send up the show.  Lee Mack also deserves to come back, his one appearance back in 2004 has had me itching for a repeat performance from him.

I'd like to hear the cultured tones of Prunella Scales once more... and
would love to have Ian Hislop back again, if only to hear him against
Paul Merton!
