It is, I think, meant to be a variation on the old gag, beloved of golf club
dinners: "I'm a country member". "Don't worry, I'll remember!"

I don't get it. Countryside in connection to killing Piers Morgan?
doesn't make sense.
I mean you have homicide, suicide, matricide, patricide, fratricide, but
something like Countryside in that context doesn't make sense unless you're
killing someone from another country or destroying an entire country.
