Is anyone else as surprised as me that Boris Johnson, hitherto best
known for being the butt of jokes from Paul M and Ian H of Have I Got
News For You, is now the Mayor Of London!

You Londoners sure have a sense of humour! :-)

Having Boris versus Ken seemed to capture the betting public's
imagination, hence this publicity stunt for the Betfair group where Ken
and Boris are represented as balloons. Boris was in the lead so his
balloon is higher...
