Rob Brydon sings too well to waste him on the chairman's position. His
rendition of a Tom Jones number sent shivers down my spine. As Tim
Brook Taylor riposted, he's definitely no Jeremy Hardy!

Jack Dee, however, sings appallingly (though not as badly as Stephen
Fry whose atonal, asynchronous gurglings make Jeremy sound tuneful by
comparison)) and Jack already has a reputation for curmudgeonliness
that would make him an ideal candidate to follow Humph's disnterested,
grouchy style. IMHO he would make an excellent mini-Humph.
