The ones that come to mind are the ones with Elaine Stritch, Eddie
Izzard and Thora Hird where essentially the guests ignored the rules.
They are a lot of fun but equally you can understand why they didn't
return.

Once is funny, twice is silly, three times is a spanking as my old dad
used to say.
