Hi everyone... can I ask if and will downloads of the new series will
start to appear on here? I am having withdrawal symptoms!!

Whilst not wanting to subvert whatever release process the group has,
I have uploaded the first two episodes to:

Hopefully this will ease some of the obvious pain being shown. ;-)

If there's somewhere else I should be putting them then please let me
know. If no-one else is uploading them, I'll be happy to do the rest
of the series as well.

A million thanks for this, mister. Please, please continue to record
and post them, as currently World Service is unavailable to me (other
channels broadcast on that frequency at those hours).

Let me also use this opportunity to mention that I've spent the last
year or so colecting JAM-recordings from every available source I've
found so far on the net (this Yahoo group being one of the most
important ones, of course), and I've got a cery close to complete JAM
collection on the HD now.
That in itself isn't such a big deal however, its only a question of
being patient.

What makes my collection slightly more intresting to most JAM fans is
that I've used a professional audio engineer (a godd friend of mine)
to enchance the sound of the poorest sounding shows, corrected some
faulty tags/dates in addition to splice different sources (of same
show) to repair incomplete recordings (there are quite a few
incomplete recorings circulating, also on this site).

As soon as I feel my work is done I will make it available to the JAM
community. The collection as it is today is around ~8 gigabyte / 812
files.
