Editing MP3 speed

Hi all,

I was hoping a techno wizz out there could lend me some assistance. I
have perfect pitch (not to gloat, mind you); as such, I can tell that
some JAM recordings in my collection and in general circulation are
either too slow or too fast. Do any of you know of an easy-to-use
program that would allow me to adjust the speed of these files to
restore them as closely to how they would have sounded originally as
possible?
