I don't know of any archive for Quote Unquote that's extensive as this group's archive of Just A Minute.  However the previous series of Quote Unquote - Series 43, Jan-Mar 2009 - is available for download from thebox.bz via torrent.  The current series started last week and is available on BBC iPlayer (and thebox.bz as well).
