disk 2-- paul and nic- while they do 2 back to back recordings at the Fringe in Edinburgh there are 2 different audiences as the tickests are much in demand-talk about eddie izzard-the 'change' of the Deivation rule and Bonus Points-- how Repetion is normal in comedy and how dificult comedy can be without it--Nic pays Paul an compliment on his 'flights of fantasy'.Note- I found a mistake-at the very beginning paul says that the next show went out feb 19th 2004- when it was 1994
( and the liner notes state that)

also on the back of the cd there is a Disclaimer the first-part of which I found odd

" Please Note: some of the humour on this recording reflects the era in
which it was first broadcast, and the conversations bewteen Nicholas Parsons and Paul Merton were recorded before the sad death of Clement Freud"

The show- Feb 19th 1994- clement,Paul, Derek, and Eddie izzard

Eddie starts to challenge on the I's etc-this continues as a running joke throughout the show-often against Clement

( not sure if eddie was just using this for humour or if he was abit confused / nervous) Eddie does have some good bits.

Derek has some good moments as does Clement.

A few strange subjects-"being done" and "Being undone" back to back

Paul has a funny trip to Mars.

A good addition to the classic series to me. Miriam

Here is my final 'review'

Disk 2 - Intro and show

Paul and Nic talk again about the Edinburgh Fringe Fest, the "well" challenge and the "BBC" challeges, JAM taping shows around the country and how they are well received whereever they go and the shows sell out with little publicity, how a panelist will take a subject in different directions ( ancient Greece turns into ancient 'Grease")

Show- Feb 8, 1997- Edinburgh Fringe Fest- Clement,Paul, Derek,& Peter

A few running jokes ( camels vomitting/ Dame Peggy Ashcroft,)
nic makes a rather rude joke about elaine the whisle blower, Derek and peter on 'studs', nic get flustered and gives paul '20 points' instead of 20 seconds, ferreting, and Peter is Wonderfully 'cranky' throughout the show.

Well ( LOL) that is my humble review of Just a Classic Minute Vol 6
I highly recondmend this volume- good shows and I really enjoy the banter of Paul and Nicholas. Miriam
