Steve, I've just had a really bad day at work, feeling grumpy - and this
email really makes me smile. I can feel the enjoyment you got from it.
It really boosts me. Thank you very much.

I'm going to post this on the blog - hope that's okay. I'll post
anonymously for now, send me an email if you want your name attached -
or if you want it taken down - but I know people love to read eppy
reviews.
