You don't have to pay, there are many free sites to choose from, these are the ones I have used the most, all
work well.  The free sites do limit the size of files uploaded so this may be the downfall of doing it this way as video files are normally pretty big.

SendSpace  -  http://www.sendspace.com/
MegaUpload  -  http://www.megaupload.com/

You don't have to register on these sites but if you do you can track downloads.

As I said in an earlier email back at the start of July, on returning to my uploads which I have not been to for a long time I discovered that not ALL files get deleted after a period or a length of time with no downloads.

The longest surviving files are zip files uploaded to MediaFire - I uploaded some a year ago and they are still there.

You could also upload it/them to YouTube and share the link.
