Thank you for posting this; it was a most interesting read.

The last sentence was quite poignant and touched on a point I have been musing upon since the announcement that Jack Dee was going to chair the next series of "Clue".

I am a fan of both Clue and JaM but I feel that JaM losing Nicholas is going to be a bigger jolt than Clue losing Humph was.

Humph's stuff on Clue was mostly scripted and, although he has excellent delivery and there was the odd off-the-cuff gem, I always thought his contribution to the show was possibly less than Nicholas's is to JaM. Nicholas's stuff is almost entirely spontaneous and the article that twistedcontrol kindly posted shows how much of JaM is Nicholas (although I'm aware that this may not be an entirely impartial article).

I'm also minded that it's a bit easier to lose Humph because he's already gone, but I like to think that I've bourne that in mind.

So what do we think. Could JaM continue (for long) without Nicholas?
