I was there on Sunday night too! Excellent night, particlarly enjoyed Neil Mullarkey as a tennis-playing flemenco-danicing pub landlord!

Josie and Paul were on form as usual!

You're certainly cramming in the shows while you're there! I never get a chance to stay more than a couple of days. This week was just an overnighter purely to go to the Comedy Store.

Hope you have a great time at Graham Norton, and of course at the Store....I need to start planning my next visit!

well it's been 6 yrs since I was last here- i have more money and on my own so i can do what i like this time. And I have 6 more yrs of british comedy that I have heard/seen.

Last night I caught ross noble's one man show- quite good- he used and played off the audience mainly so more improved then just a set of preplanned jokes. I did wait at the stage door for over 20 minutes with about a dozen others but as the time went more and more gave up and alas so did I- being a female traveling alone I have to really gauge the 'safety' factor of where i am at and the transport back.
shame really.

doing my last rounds of shopping today and tomorrow- and you guessed it I mainly have bought british comedy/tv related things-will have to buy an extra bag I am sure. amazan uk is great but nothing is quite like the 'find' in person.
will try to fit in a quick visit to morington cresent for a picture- what a silly fan I can be. cherrio Miriam

I made it back to seattle in one piece last evening.Fell into bed as soon as i could.

All in all it was a great trip- brought home lots of british comedy books.cds/dvds. I was able to see some of my favorite british comedians & actors performing live. Somewhat disappointed that on my last night Paul merton was a no show at the comedy store- interesting though that suki Webster was there instead.....

*****To Dean- I picked up a couple of books with JAM references

1.A Feast of Freud ( collection of his writings) 2009

2. Turned out nice again- the story of british light entertainment by louis barfe

I could scan some of the passages and email them to you- it would be a while- but if you are interested let me know and I will try to get to it soon. I browsed through some of the clement freud book-looks interesting.

Body clock is quite out of wack so I will close for now. Miriam
