Just a couple of suggestions

1. Download utorrent (www.utorrent.com) - a safe and easy to use Bit torrent client.

2. Join the Radioarchive (www.radioarchive.cc) - it's safe and easy too and they have a phenomenal amount of radio stuff (including ALL the Dad's Army radio shows and the spin off series It Sticks Out Half A Mile!)
