thanks for the thought - I have had a look around but I fear my Mac is a
bit old - it's seven years old - and not much of the latest software
seems to work on it! I am definitely going to have a big upgrade soon.

Having said that if you want to point me to particular software I will
have a look.

thanks also to Linda - I'm not sure there is much you could help me with
at the moment but thanks for the kind thought
