Hi again Dean. Dreamweaver would be the beast to look for. It's pretty much the standard professional web editor.

Then again, for global search and replace over hundreds or thousand of HTML files (do you speak HTML?) a humble tabbed text editor is the hacker's knackers. e.g. Editpad (my favourite) or Notepad++ (free). With these fellows, you can load as many files as you like and do text replacements over all the files in a single step. Bliss! (Dreamweaver can also do site-wide search/replace and more advanced management/synchronisation tasks.)
