Hello Steven,

I don't know which type of computer you are using, but the ability to create zip files is already built into Windows. It is also available for many other computers for free. It is almost always a very easy thing to do and is documented in very many places on the Intranet.

You should never need to pay to create a zip file. Or to extract files from one.

If you don't know how to create zip files, then I would strongly suggest you learn as it's a massively useful thing to do, even if you don't want to put MP3s in it. Many would consider it an almost essential skill for any Internet user. For example it lets you "package" files together and reduce the size of many types of files for quicker and easier emailing (for example). The packaging element is why Don suggested it.

Hope this helps
