This falls into a different category which you of all us will be
familiar with - Nicholas making a mistake. He isn't to be relied on as a
historian of the game.

My favourite example of this is in #415 in 1992 where he more than once
refers to Maureen Lipman as never having played before, though she did
do the show in 1982 (the show was on Just A Classic Minute Volume 2). I
can easily forgive Nicholas for forgetting this - but I always wonder
why Maureen didn't say something. She is after all a devotee of JAM by
her own admission so you think she might have remembered.
