In that same episode, Derek Nimmo proceeded to put a safety pin through his nose, and then shower himself with plastic snow.

George, that is one of my favorite moments featuring the Original Foursome, and it definitely exemplifies the spontaneity of this program. I think another one of my favorite moments comes from the late 90's, for the life of me I can't remember who was on the panel, but I believe Tony Hawks and Derek Nimmo were on the show together. Derek was in the midst of talking about something, he made an incredible movement with his arms and knocks over the water, and then Tony challenges for 'clumsiness'. I think another one of my favorite moments came from the first episode of the 2004 season, the panel was Paul Merton, Kit Hesketh-Harvey, Liza Tarbuck and Charles Collingwood, and at the moment the recording started, Charles still hadn't arrived. And when Charles is due to start the second round, what they do is absolutely wonderful. And then when he finally does show up, its again a wonderful moment. Another one of my favorite moments comes from i think the 2006 season, I can't remember, maybe it was '07. anyway, I think Ross Noble was on the panel, and I think the subject had something to do with 'mime' and after Nicholas pretty much said that mime wouldn't work on radio, Ross takes up the subject and for about 30 to 40 seconds does mime on the radio until Nicholas actually has to get up and physically stop him. --- On Sat, 2/6/10, George <george@...> wrote:
