Stephen Fry was interviewed on CBC radio last week, from California. He didn't say anything about moving to US but has been working on a big project -- a TV series and an accompanying book called Stephen Fry in America. It's a multimedia account of Mr. Fry's tour of all fifty States of the Union, traversed mainly in a black London Taxi cab driven by Mr. Fry himself. You can hear the full interview here:

although I came in near the end of the interview Stephen was on craig fergenson's tv show in the usa and from what I gathered Stephen will be moving and living California most of the time in the near future.
I wonder if the reaction would be the same if the UKers knew this when the poll was being taken. Miriam
