Yes, but...

Unfortunately the program you suggest only runs on Windows, where it
requires (at minimum) Windows XP and the Windows .NET 2.0 framework.

RTMPdump (at http://streemeboxvcr.yuku.com/topic/2238) will run on any
32-bit version of Windows, including Windows 98/98SE/ME. And it does not
require the .NET v2 framework, which can only run on Windows XP/Vista.
