Personally I'm not too worried about that, if I were BBC I'd consider it
to be just free promotion for one of their shows. Especially if I make
sure to give credit where credit is due in the announcement/description
of the webradio. After all it's only reruns, they still got to air the
new episodes.
But if so happens then worst case scenario is that I receive a mail
where they ask me to shut it down. *shrugs*

... I could still create a stream that's just available for the list
members ;)
