Topic: Additional download links added to Group Links area.

I finally worked out how to make download links available to my
files stored on MediaMax and have placed links in the LINKS area of
the Group to each of the episodes in Series 8, 9 , 10, 11 and as
much of Series 12 as has been broadcast by ABC Radio National. A few
episodes are missing (the expected ones) from s10 and s11 before you
get too excited.

None of the files here are 'new', but series 12 will enter NEW
episode territory early in April so stay tuned. I will add the
series 12 episodes within a few days of their broadcast.

My reasons (in part) for duplicating the fine work that Chris
(Blackadder) and Emile have already done uploading episodes to
MediaFire are:

1. All these files come from the same source (ABC Radio National)
and are of a consistently good quality (64k/44k MP3 mono). They may
provide quality improvement over recordings you already hold.

2. The links provided allow you to (insist that you) download single
episodes of around 12Mb rather than having to download the ZIP files
with several episodes and a size of just under 100Mb. This will be
more convenient for group members who just want to download a single
episode or two.

The files download from my (paid) MediaMax download quota, and while
there is currently a generous amount of quota available, I may have
to withdraw the links if the whole world finds out about them and
downloads become excessive. Please don't publish these links outside
this group, but group members should feel totally free to download
what they wish.

Oh, what a treasure trove! In the spirit of Valentine's Day, I'm
sending some internet kisses your way.

I've only just started to go through them, but if I'm not mistaken,
the links you gave to Series 8 and Series 12 are the same (I trawled
through and found 246+ anyway, but you may want to redirect the link
on here).

Thank you for all of this; I have a lot of work to do on the MAL!

Thanks for pointing this out Sarah. I've now corrected this error.

Please let me know if you find any other discrepancies or if there are
any problems downloading.
