I think rules of games cannot be copyrighted, so you'll be completely clear if you change the name slightly. Not that I think you should worry.

Also, at the risk of copyright infringement or whatever, my local comedy
improv group has started playing Just A Minute at our monthly shows, at
my behest, and the audience really enjoys it. Most of the show, the
players play different goofy characters in different goofy scenes, but
for JAM, we pull up chairs in front of the audience and let the
light/sound guy play Nicholas Parsons' part, and we play JAM as
ourselves. It's a nice change of pace for an improv show, and our
audience has become quite fond of it.
