Eldon is one of the best comic actors in Britain today. On Youtube look for
"World of Pub", a criminally underrated sitcom in which he played a ducker and
diver; he also stole the show on Knowing Me, Knowing Yule (the Christmas
special) as "The Rude" Fanny Thomas; he featured regularly in Stewart Lee's
Comedy Vehicle and came to prominence via Lee's earlier collaborations with
Richard Herring in the mid-late nineties, memorably as Simon Quantick (I think)
who had a range of quite bizarre hobbies.
