From the popup menu, select "SAVE LINK AS" (or whatever similar wording your browser uses.

It will then save rather than play.

I am using the one you recommend, but it takes a long time to load then all there is is a blank page with a grey bar in the middle as the episode plays. I don't know how to save it... anyone got it as a nice easy saveable mp3 file perhaps?
