Let's Get Quizzical - Part 1: I'm Sorry I Haven't A Minute


Writer and broadcaster Russell Davies presents the first of a two-part history of the panel game and quiz show.

Enjoy Willie Rushton's debut appearance on I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue and Humphrey Lyttelton's last hurrah. Nicholas Parsons (pictured) chairs the 35th Anniversary edition of Just A Minute and Rhod Gilbert hosts comedy quiz Jest A Minute. There's a wealth of vintage archive clips and Vicar Of Dibley writer Paul Mayhew-Archer shares his memories of producing BBC quizzes and panel shows.

Anyone been able to get this?

the Listen Again on the "new" Radio 4 Extra is Awful- cuts in & out- Unlistenable! I see many others in the uk as well as the rest of the world is having problems with their player.

It is nice to know that it is not just me. I live in South Korea and I was thinking I was being blocked. I tried to get some shows from Saturday but the quality was unlistenable. However, I tried Dick Barton on Monday morning and the quality was back to normal. I have no idea what is going on. If you hear anything please let us know.

I was so disappointed I went to the Desert Island Discs site and downloaded and listened to some of the old shows they have available. If anyone has not tried it your missing a real treat. It was great.
