If you listen to the downunder voices that announce and the beginning and end of the old shows for which ABC versions have been uploaded for JAMsters you'll see that they were broadcast for night owls (Frogmouths to those in Oz) round about 3am I seem to recall.

I would accept a book token, thank you, but if possible Nicholas' book, and when I go to the show on 3rd May I would try and get it signed.

But I don't really think you want to send me a book. I am sure Dean could write one for us. A bit like "Carry on Laughing - a celebration" by Adrian Rigelsford, Virgin 1996.

An Australian correspondent notes the series is again being played from the beginning on the ABC – thought Australians on the list – Martin? – may be interested, though knowing Martin, he is probably well aware!

I am in Melbourne Australia and we are so fortunate here that our "serious" govt owned radio station Radio National has a comedy spot at 5.30 am each day. It plays wonderfully arcane shows as My Word, My Music, Hancock, Dad's Army and of course Just a Minute.

Imagine my delight this morning to be eased gently into the day with an episode of JAM.  For the last few months Tuesday has been Dad's Army.  From the ABC website I find that the rest of the year will be JAM on Tuesdays.
It was quite an odd episode and not really very funny but after checking your website I find it was the pilot episode.   I wonder how many people have actually heard this episode?  I am writing to let you know that it is most likely we will get further eps in chronological order and I see you are missing the subjects for some of the early episodes.

With modern streaming? you may be able to tune in and in any case you may be interested to know that these early episodes are being replayed
5.30 am  Eastern  (Sydney) Time Tuesdays   Radio National ABC.

I have found JAM to be one of the most enjoyable shows I have ever experienced on TV or radio (although I have never seen JAM on TV)  and again thankyou for giving me the ifo to get so much more out of it.
