Hello folks. Calling folks. Where's my sago speaking trumpet?

Thanks to Dean's generosity in allowing off-topic but related radio discussion in this forum, I got to wondering wondering how many JAMfans also are partial to My Word.

I've started gathering eps of it and have about 330 plus some edited story segments. I could distribute them if anyone cared to partake.

Mark

I would-I have only heard a handful-before I ever heard the show I found a used book that has many of the 'stories' from the show
-It was british humor- I bought it -LOL- it was rare to find such gems in Seattle USA! must have been late 70's
My Music has run on our National Public Radio network but tends to be a bit over my head.

Blimey - I've not heard any eps of My Word for many years.
I used to listen to it live when it was broadcast back in the '70s & '80s as a young(ish) fellah.

My favourite bit was the 'shaggy dog stories' at the end by Denis Norden and Frank Muir - brilliant!
Don't know if Shaggy Dog Stories are typically British or if they travel.
If you don't know what they are check out...

Me too, please! Also, if not too OT, does anyone have any My Music episodes? I do know that these latter are occasionally repeated on Radio 4 Extra (ie Radio 7 that was...not sure why they bothered to change the name!)

TIA
Rob
