I don't know if these have been mentioned; hope not!

General:
-Someone doing a psychic challenge ("He was going to repeat!")
-Someone "combining" challenges (repitition of hesitation, etc.)
-Someone repeating the same word in quick succession (e.g. "very, very")
-Someone successfully getting challenged for something they didn't do
(esp. for allegedly repeating something; easier to check with Dean's
transcripts)

Person-Specific:
-Clement counting out exactly how many times someone has repeated a word
-Graham Norton doing that ridiculous laugh of his (although this might
get you drunk far too soon)
-Paul Merton being teased about doing Metalwork
