I believe he's mostly viewed positively around here, but to me it's simply his way of speaking; I can't stand it. It's so incredibly annoying. Way too theatrical, it would be a relief to hear him speak like a normal human being just once.
As a matter of fact I get so annoyed by his voice that I hardly catch what's he's actually saying. Therefore I can't even say he's funny or not, cause I actually do not know...!
